Shipping

Once we verify your credit card, merchandise is then made to order, usually ships out within 5-7 days. We use U.S.P.S for our shipping. Please email us if you need merchandise for a specific date. We will make every effort to get there for you.

Returns

 Returns are very costly to us, the merchandise is made to order and credit card companies do not credit back fees. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If within 7 days once you receive the merchandise you are not satisfied email us we will refund your money less shipping, and any sizing fees and a 5% restocking fee. When you return please include all of the original paper work. We will email you back an RMA that is placed on the outside of the box.

Warranty

All of our merchandise is warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase and all moissanite comes with a certificate of authenticity and limited lifetime warranty by Charles and Colvard the creators of moissanite. We also recommend that you add your jewelry to your homeowners policy and will upon request send out an appraisal for retail replacement value.
